Acceptable stay with some issues
disruptive lights low standard
The room lights turned on inexplicably around 4:00 AM. This was disruptive. The food offered was of low standard. It tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. I found this surprising for a hotel of its advertised standard.

I received an early check-in and a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful room. The room was quite spacious. It had a great view of the sea. I had a great time!!!
The room sound isolation was inadequate. The room decoration seemed normal. I noticed mosquitos around the cheese plates during breakfast.

overall a pleasant experience
spacious bathroom convenient pool limited staffing limited variety
i appreciated the spaciousness of the upgraded room. it included a very large bathroom. the pool was conveniently located. it provided shade from the sun throughout the day.
it was occasionally unstaffed during the day. this made getting drinks inconvenient. the dinner buffet also had a limited variety. this made it difficult to find options to my liking.

a relaxing island getaway
clean beach helpful staff fresh food choice
the private beach was very clean and peaceful. haroon and ro at the front desk were helpful. the breakfast included a wide variety of choices (i especially liked the fresh fruit).
i found that the location was a bit far from the main attractions.

the queen room sea view had ample space with bright, cute decor. it contained a comfortable bed and well-kept amenities that provided a restful environment during my short stay.

the pool area was very clean with a dedicated lifeguard on duty. there was an electric car available to take guests to and from the beach, with easy access and added convenience.

attentive staff elegant space unfriendly reception incorrect information
I adored the attentive staff. They were genuinely eager to help. the room's design was also a visual delight! warm touches.
they provided incorrect information about the pool. the check-out process was equally unpleasant, i waited an hour for housekeeping to check the room.
